Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service II - Bilingual (French)
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Abbott Park, IL (ON-SITE)
Contract Duration: 2-month contract to start
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:15 AM - 7:00 PM
Customer Service II French Speaker

We are seeking a fluent French speaker to take an in-0ffice Bilingual Customer Service position. This position is non-exempt and hours worked over 40 will be paid at time and a half.
3 to 5 years of experience is required. Attendance and reliability is a must.
Daily tasks:
Takes inbound or places outbound calls to provide information to customers.
Utilizes a database to retrieve customer or company information.
Must be able to learn and follow detailed instructions, use a variety of resources and possess good organizational skills to provide accurate information.
Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem-solving skills with consistently good voice quality.
Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.
Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
Can use multiple operating environments.
Required to have skills in the following PC software products: Lotus Notes, Excel, Word.
