Job Description
• Provide leadership for the successful day to day operation of the facility.
• Monitoring of the production progress as per construction planned schedule.
• Manage the production teams to increase production and generate revenue.
• Manage the QC team to ensure product quality.
• Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
• Should be familiar with Soil, types & sizes of Aggregates, Asphalt and cement treated mixes with virgin or recycle aggregates - both material & tests.
• Ensure all raw material is available for work progress as per construction planned schedule.
