Also the ideal candidate will permanently seek for new ways of improving the drinks taste and presentation and look out for new products that could elevate the bar experience.
The Responsibilities:
● Continuity management: Ensure that assistant HOD is prepared and trained to take on all HOD roles
● Cost Control: Meet the monthly GP margin
● Reporting recording: Ensure opening and closing checklists are properly completed
● Menu development product selection: Produce bespoke cocktail menus to the required standard
