Job Description
- Ensuring that all team members are familiar with the company’s policies, procedures, and goals
- Establishing schedules, assigning tasks to employees, and making sure that projects are completed on time
- Reviewing employee performance to ensure that standards are being met
- Training new employees in the company’s policies and procedures
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements and timelines
- Managing budgets for projects or departments within an organization
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects meet the company’s goals
- Overseeing the work of subordinate staff members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively
- Handling complaints from clients or employees and resolving issues using conflict resolution techniques
