Job Description
- Process Customer Orders.
- Customers account management.
- Responding to Customer Inquiries, Phone Calls & Emails in a very timely manner.
- Follow up on customers' orders via emails and calls.
- Sales Managers support.
- Processing documents for products, shipping, and price quotes.
- Arrange Shipping & Logistics from warehouses to our customers.
- Work with customers on order forecasting and possible future orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
