CAD Technician - Land Survey
Location: Seattle, CA
Discipline: Land Survey
Type (Remote, Hybrid, In-person): In-office
Salary Range: $75,000 - 90,000
Company Size: 30-100 Employees

Responsibilities:
- Creates civil plan sets including grading, drainage, and paving using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Executes specific CAD drawings according to companys specifications
- Executes tasks assigned by the project lead and engineering team
- Calculate layout, scales and specific needs for projects
- Other duties needed to complete assignment
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Experience in land development or related field
- Experience in public utilities and transportation industry related projects
- Working proficiency in Auto CAD Civil 3D
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe
Nice-To-Have:
- Land development experience in California
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in Auto CAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of CAD Manuals/Standards
