- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excel proficiency is mandatory;
- Detail-oriented and strong communicationskills;
- Casino experience or Quality Assurance experience is considered an advantage;
- Fluent English;
- Willingness to work shifts 24/7.
About the position:
- Evaluating the quality and accuracy of the product and performance;
- Meeting monthly KPI s in accordance with the company targets;
- Live monitoring to ensure all product quality standards and requirements are met;
- Following and implementing Quality Assurance Department policies and procedures for Live Casino Products;
- Identifying, reporting, and resolving any irregularities or issues;
- Making recommendations for improvement and development.
