Main responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers if they have questions regarding the products or services (via phone email and chat);
  
• Managing and documenting customer interactions in our clients CRM system.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German language;
• Very good command of the English language (B2);
• Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills analytical skills and detail orientation;
• EU citizenship is required.
