- Adheres to EMC product specific guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Advanced Systems Diagnostic skills to isolate problems among EMC, other OEM vendors, or software and develop appropriate action plans accordingly.
- Prepare test plans including test cases and lab configurations.
- Troubleshoot test failures to determine if the issue is a test, product or integration.
- Provide documentation of evaluations, best practices, results and methodologies.
- Adheres to proper escalation procedures.
- Updates CSI at the completion of an event.
- Assure complete customer satisfaction by adherence to the following: Prompt onsite arrival time, Technical expertise, Professionalism.
- Assist Sales and Pre-Sales in assessing environments and developing the right solution and design.
