Requirements

Primary Technical skills
  • At least 5-12 years of Experience in Identity & Access Governance domain.
  • Experience/Awareness with various IAM tools (ISIM/TDS/TDI).
  • Excellent knowledge on Identity & Access Management Domain.
  • Good to have configuration & implementation experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • Very good understanding of infrastructure setup, network devices, clustering, HA configuration of servers/databases.
  • Should have good understanding of TDI, Application onboarding off boarding in ISIM, Custom adapter creation.
  • Define user provisioning and de-provisioning to various target systems.
  • Good knowledge on Resource provisioning, Access entitlement, Birth right access provisioning.
  • Good experience in Requirements Gathering, Brainstorming, Workshop Facilitation, Client Engagement, Walk Through sessions, defining Functional and non-functional requirements.
Secondary Technical skills
  • Integrates ISIM and ISAM software components, provisioning targets, user workflows and protected web applications.
  • Able to own and handle P1/P2 calls, resolve independently.
  • Works on 6.x Security Access Manager (ISAM) for Web Adapter and 6.x ISAM Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO).
Nice to have
  • Experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML.
  • ISAM(Secure Access Manager) hands on experience.
  • Follow ITIL process for Incident Management, Problem Management.
  • Experience in Azure cloud Architectural ability to design Security Identity Manager.
  • Identity Manager integration with applications.
  • Experience working with challenging customer environment and with customer architect boards.
  • Experience in creating Due diligence, Design documents.
Behavioural
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stake holder expectation management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written + oral).
  • Strong articulation and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Working closely with Clients to understand the complexities of existing IAM systems and identify potential risks, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solution skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues.
Roles and expectations
  • Should be able to design IAM solution for large engagements related to TDI connector & dispatchers.
  • Should be able to run interactions/meetings with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects independently.
  • Should have good understanding on server and network architecture and technical know-how.
  • Should be willing to learn other leading IAM products.
  • Raise CSP visibility through analyst connects and IAM solution development in collaboration with the competency center leads.
  • Contribute to IAM COE development Solution artifacts, competency development.
