Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Support Analyst with a background of Nursing to support our Australian client who specializes in Homa Care Software. This person must have at least 2 years of experience in the realted field.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Implementation Lead and support implementation updates in task management software
  • Monitor helpdesk and phoneline redirects
  • Resolve triage queries and document responses
  • Contact incoming leads
  • Write process documentation for e-learning workflows
  • Ad-hoc tasks


Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • 2 years of experience as a Triage Nurse or any related field
  • 2 years of experience in the BPO industry or any related field
  • Amenable to work from home
  • With experience in managing help desks
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • detail oriented
