Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Support Analyst with a background of Nursing to support our Australian client who specializes in Homa Care Software. This person must have at least 2 years of experience in the realted field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Implementation Lead and support implementation updates in task management software
- Monitor helpdesk and phoneline redirects
- Resolve triage queries and document responses
- Contact incoming leads
- Write process documentation for e-learning workflows
- Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 2 years of experience as a Triage Nurse or any related field
- 2 years of experience in the BPO industry or any related field
- Amenable to work from home
- With experience in managing help desks
- excellent interpersonal skills
- detail oriented
