1 | SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Oversees the design, development and execution of human resource strategies, including, but not limited to: recruitment, training and development, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and culture development.

3 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates in recruiting process and decision-making to ensure top talent is brought into the organization
Builds, supervises, and maintains a positive onboarding experience for new employees
Conducts organization and talent assessments with leadership. Outlines development plans for top talent to use as retention tool
Reviews, develops and proposes HR policy and program enhancements/changes to align with business strategies
Maintains/creates job descriptions, standard of procedures
Compensation and benefits administration including overseeing general and open enrollment process, compliance and reporting
Manages HR staff
Ensures compliance with all State and federal HR related laws and regulations
Workers Compensation monthly reporting
4 | ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to the President.
5 | SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.
6 | WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

8 | POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.
9 | TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
