Job Description
Maintain & supported ISO 9001 certification
Managing plant documentation
Meet with vendors, customers and quality representatives to discuss & resolve quality issues
Making product specification & updating in SAP
Verify the raw material & adherence to specification
Statistically analyzed critical to quality data from data collection system
Maintain preventive action for the material
Create a new code for raw material
Making inspection plan for new material
Approval for new sample & making report
Requirements
- BE (Electronics)
- Effectively use SAP (SAP Business One)
- Knowledge of document preparation
- Knowledge of testing techniques and measurement devices
- Effectively usage of data analysis tools
- Having knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Multi meter, Micrometer, LCR meter etc.
