University Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
At least have worked in a similar function within 3 to 5 years; preferably in the F&B /FMCG sector
Good experience in handling Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, Job Evaluation, Development of Policies and Customer Service training
Good knowledge in Labor Relations and Kuwait Labor Law
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken; Must be Bilingual
