Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Takes part in assigning tasks to the team members
- Takes part in planning projects and deliverables
- Ensuring the quality standards
- On boarding of new comers
- Support team members in delivering complex requirements and major incidents
- Ensure the level of knowledge is shared among all the team members
- Responsible for daily SAP basis operations “support/run activities”
- Incident management, Reactive and proactive
- Change management
- Event management
- Release management
- Upgrades and patching for SAP and databases
