Talenty is looking for an experienced Associate Director or Director of Program and Alliance Management to help us with our many programs. The right person will help us keep the balls in the air to be sure that all the programs are moving towards their endpoints. This requires organization, excellent communication, relationship development, and a good combination of business sense and scientific knowledge.

This person will be focused on early-stage drug development research programs, ensuring that the program goals and deliverables are met. This will require task coordination, planning (resource, financial, time, etc.) He or she will be the critical resource communicating status, risks, change management, etc. to stakeholders, management, alliance partners, and others.

Requirements

BS, MS, or Ph.D., in science or related field with 7+ years of related experience.

Proven project/program and alliance management experience.

Outstanding organization, communication, collaboration, and documentation experience.

Experience with pre-clinical drug development programs.

PMP, PgMP, or similar is a plus.
