The Project Management Office (PMO) Practice Analyst is a key role providing support for developing and implementing PMO methodologies and tools across the organization using a consistent and proven methodology to ensure adoption and adherence to PMO processes.
Requirements
- Assist the PMO leaders with the maintenance of the PMO methodologies and governance frameworks incorporating processes, templates, tools and techniques, dashboards and KPIs required to manage programs and projects.
- Continue to evolve the portfolio management capabilities.
- Assist the PMO leadership with the selection and implementation of PMO software to support PMO methodologies.
- Continuously monitor "best practices" to identify opportunities to improve PMO processes.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain all PMO training and education materials.
