EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
Knowledge of:
Monitoring and maintaining all required financial records for compliance and audit to all agreed requirements
Using appropriate methods and tools in the development, maintenance, control and distribution of quality and environmental standards
Experience in automated data processing tools
Experience of monitoring and reporting on supplier performance, information security, customer satisfaction, and market intelligence when appropriate
Demonstrated capacity to exercise strong judgement in advising unit leadership, setting priorities, and executing requirements
Advanced skills with spreadsheet and word processing tools
Knowledge of NATO policies, rules, regulations, procedures, particularly Procurement but also Personnel, Contracting and Financial
Knowledge and/or experience with customer funding
Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
Deliver master data management services on vendors data, including the aspects related to the use of eProcurement capability by suppliers
Implements supplier service improvement actions and programmes
Supports the local internal Customers with ERP procurement related issues
Provides high quality and timely contribution to ACQ and NCI Agency reporting, primarily using ERP built-in reports or Business Intelligence capability
Keeps the line manager informed of problems and concerns
