This is a remote position.
TekRecruiter has been asked to recruit a Lead Automation Testing Engineer (SDET) to join a growing technology company building revolutionary Fin-tech products that have quickly become a global industry leader!

Job Description:
- Lead and define our quality strategy and champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Lead a team of test automation engineers to design and build a set of testing tools and frameworks that will be used by the same group and product engineers to test our high performance web applications
- Execute test cases within the Functional or Web Services Automation framework
- Demonstrated history of success in rapidly changing environments ensuring the delivery of quality products on-time.
- This role is responsible for leading quality reviews of various applications and includes validation of projects test strategy, test plans and test scripts; ensuring adherence to the QA Testing standards and company compliance
- Define and track QA metrics/KPI for reporting
- Participate in monitoring, analysis and resolution of application failures in development and testing phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership for the Automated Testing Engineering team within the Engineering department.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in test automation development.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, jUnit, TestNG.
- Experience designing functional automation and non-functional tests automation scripts using TypeScript and Java programming languages.
