Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the overall ticketing process and protocol for technical help
- Perform technical assignments and duties in line with the ticketing system.
- Monitor the status of the ticket and ensure that no SLA (service level agreement) complaints are missing
- Create a daily, thorough technical support report for the client
- Providingdaily and monthly progress reports as needed and submitting them on time to the manager or supervisor
- Able to perform effective technical fault finding
- Capable of contributing to the identification of root causes, the correction process, and solutions
- Able to provide rotating ad hoc technical help.
- Visit the site and gather data to help the engineering team build a proposal and a solution
- Conductscheduled preventative maintenance.
- Perform the preventive maintenance schedule checklist and submit a timely report.
- Handle any additional assignments given by thesuperior.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least a minimum of Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or any related field.
- Must hold a current Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) PW4 or PW2 wireman certificate.
- A strong communicator with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Having a CIDB green card or an NIOSH TNB pass is a plus.
- Advantageous to have knowledge of or expertise with projects involving access control and CCTV systems.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation from time to time.
