Job Summary:
Help us bring the Peak Design brand to life with our close-knit and hard-working Visual Design Team. Peak Design has a brand and visual identity recognized around the world for its cohesiveness, attention to detail, and consistency. Theycreate this visual identity through thoughtful design decisions and diligent work building out graphic assets.
Responsibilities:
- Design work to build out our Amazon listings (Illustrator, Figma, Amazon CMS)
- Implement design system across our entire ecosystem
- Design work to support our Wholesale team with tradeshow signage,
- Misc. graphic tasks helping out other teams at Peak Design, including the customer service team and wholesale teams.
- Website/Customer Service assets updated
- Catalog update
- Single-sheet product line (VIS PIS)
Requirements
- Detail-oriented graphic designer with experience doing both print and digital work.
- Awesome at communicating, both written and verbally. You can design but you can also talk about design.
- Confident user of the Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign) and Figma
- Excited to interface with other teams both internally and externally for some fun projects.
- Self-starter. We operate with as little structure as possible, and as a result things generally make more sense at Peak Design to folks who can turn a vague idea into a tangible asset with limited input.
- Obsession with detail but commitment to larger, strategic vision.
- Great people skills. Lots of talking and working with other teams.
- Great organization skills.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software a plus.

2-3 years proven exposure in customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Track record of over-achieving KPIs Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Good customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Familiarity in using any CRM or software for database management Should be tech savvy MS Excel, Google Drive, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Sound decision-making and organizational skills Must be amenable to work on Mondays to Fridays, 9AM to 6PM HKT work schedule Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 mbps bandwidth Must have backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
