Job Description
- 2+ years Hospitality Management or equivalent Culinary university degree.
- With a minimum of two years experience in a similar function in a five-star hotel/restaurant.
- With a strong background in HACCP procedures and application.
- Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
- Proficient knowledge of human resources management.
- Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory.
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
