Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle logistics and transportations
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full logistics cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with concerned providers
- Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Follow up shipment on daily basis with Agents / suppliers and Clearances office.
- Coordinating and revising documents from suppliers / customers
- Doing the needful arrangements for shipments (Rates, booking, Issuing B/L’S Tracking,clearance)
- Follow up Cargo delivery files and shipping arrangements
- Responsible for every shipment documentation preparation.
