Job Description
- Manage the procurement process for The E-Commerce Group, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the purchasing process.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and forecast procurement needs.
- Analyze purchasing data and generate reports to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and emerging suppliers to continuously improve the procurement process.
