Appointment Setter:
Call and accept calls from prospective clients
Schedule consultation between the prospective client and trainer
Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
Contact prospective clients who were unable to contact
Inform the Manager of recurrent complaints that warrant addressing
Administrative:
Read contracts to clients
Clearly and precisely articulate in written format responses to customers
Handling basic office tasks
Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts
Other ADHOC tasks relevant to the role
At least 2 years of relevant work experience Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English Motivation in doing tasks Clear articulation over the phone using skype A professional and poised tone during calls A friendly but firm direction in booking appointments An extremely precise, friendly and a calm approach when conducting check in calls with current members Previous job experience that required KPIS for bookings Rated highly in member communication and getting feedback
