Test Manager

10+ years of experience intestingwith at least 3 years oftestmanagement experience, Over 5 + years oftestingexperience in Banking domain.

Team Lead

6+ years of experience intestingwith at least 1 year experience as a Test Lead, Over 5 + years oftestingexperience in Banking domain.

• Experience of working on core banking system Flexcube FCC/FCUBS is must.
  
• Working experience in Oracle Banking Products OBPM/OBVAM/OBLM/OBTF/OBP/OBDX either as part of their latest releases or previous versions.
  
• To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
  
• To derive Test scenarios/Test cases from Business Requirements.
  
• To submit daily status reports on progress in Design and Execution phases.
  
• To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
  
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
  
• Work experience in Defect management Tool and managing Defect Triage meetings.
  
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, & strong attention to detail
  
• Quality oriented & highly committed.
  
• Very good communication (Oral and written) skills & stake holder management.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%-70%

Experience of working on core banking system Flexcube FCC/FCUBS is must. Working experience in Oracle Banking Products OBPM/OBVAM/OBLM/OBTF/OBP/OBDX either as part of their latest releases or previous versions. Working knowledge of Functional is must and GUI and Regression testing will be an added advantage. Should have experience in Manual testing Corporate Banking or Retail Banking and both is Plus. Good experience in designing and review of test scenarios, test cases, test execution. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain bugs and other issues identified and produce bug reports, documentation and feedback to both product owners and software developers. Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution. Ability to be flexible and align to client requirements and work. Professional certification will be an added advantage.
