Job Description

Our client is a famous international school in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

Management of Marketing and Communications
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of parent needs and of local market trends and developments to inform school marketing strategies
  • Develop the whole school marketing strategy including product development, pricing, multichannel communications plans and parent engagement programmes to support enrollment growth across the whole school
  • Define effective parent engagement strategies and own the overall parent experience across all marketing and admissions touch points
  • Monthly Marketing and Communications report to the General Principal

Coordinating with Director of Admissions
  • Collaborate closely withDirector of Admissions
  • Provide clear and disciplined leadership, motivation, and direction for the NLCS Marketing team
  • Manage, supervise, and review marketing operations to ensure uniformity at all points of entry into the school
  • Participate in the planning, management, and execution of preparations for school in action, taster events, and open events in close collaboration with the team and the Admissions team
  • Co-coordinate the work of the Admissions team with assessments and interviews
Work with Feeder Schools
  • Oversee the School s links with its feeder schools and implementing strategies with the General Principal and Deputy Head of Junior School to develop stronger relationships

  • Coordinating with management about educational occasions at feeder schools to advertise NLCS and provide guidance on the admissions procedure
Analysis
  • Ensure the accuracy of the collection and entry of admissions data and statistics, as well as maintaining the integrity of the admissions database.
  • Conduct analyses of enquiries, registrations, visits, trends, and projections in feeder schools;
  • Carry out relevant ongoing market research/competitor research, keeping up to date with market trends, and responding to trends appropriately
  • Organize routine research projects, including as surveys and focus groups, to inform admissions rules and practices.
  • Create reports for the Senior Leadership Team as required
  • Coordinate feedback from prospective parents and non-joiners
  • Review and analyze competitor schools processes and keeping abreast of current trends and access arrangements


Requirements

  • University degree in marketing and/or communications is a plus
  • Confident in meeting and communicating effectively with feeder Heads, prospective students and parents
  • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders within the School
  • Excellent attention to detail both in terms of work and personal presentation
  • Ability to lead others with confidence and with a collaborative and inclusive style as well as working well as a member of a team
  • High levels of energy and stamina to achieve personal/school objectives within set timescales
  • Knowledgeable and user of different social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Highly computer literate with accurate word processing and data-entry and data analysis skills
  • Ability to adapt and multi-task
  • Previous experience in international schools is an advantage
