• Existing sellers: identify & reactivate sellers with a previous spending pattern
• Potential sellers: identify categories with low fill rate and tailor a strategy to reach these sellers. Example: On Category A our fill rate is x%. With x more sellers and a CPM at x we could get x€ more
• Amongst agencies in touch with the advertising team: assist in repositioning of Mabaya within the advertising product suite.
• Developing our seller monetization tools
• Product improvements: prioritizing and scheduling products improvements in alignment with Mabaya. Example: ensuring sellers receive a notification when their campaigns are underdelivering
