Job Description
- Participate as a key member of the Department?s senior leadership team
- Work closely with the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders, communicating key milestones and updates regularly
- Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM?s values through coaching and supervision of project and program teams
- Lead all sustainability related matters, including the establishment of an operational policy and procedural framework and library
- Develop and manage implementation plans that align with the Environment Strategy (Company)
- Oversee the implementation of operational processes, procedures and systems for the Division Develop and manage annual budgets in consultation with Senior Managers (direct reports)
