You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Supervises creating, maintaining, and updating personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor law.
• Supervises creating, maintaining, and updating staff records on the HR system database.
• Deals with governmental external offices such as Labor, Social, Medical insurance offices, etc. as well as building a strong long-term relationship with them.
• Revises Labor certificates / Labor forms, Social insurance forms / Social insurance letters, Medical insurance procedures, etc.
• Responsible for conducting the HR investigations and taking the proper action - if applicable from the Egyptian Labor Law's perspective
• Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities; this includes the Labor Office and Insurance Authority in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
• Make the payroll sheet on monthly basis for the employees & send it to the direct manager for revision
• Responding gently and welcome to all the employee inquiries about their payroll, HR letters, and social or medical insurance inquiries.
• Assisting the direct manager in assessing the organization’s pay structure, establishing job evaluations, salary surveys
• Reviewing, developing, and implementing compensation plans (incentive system, annual raises, and bonus system
• Maintaining the Employee Database of all team members and ensuring their files are 100% completed based on the company’s requirements.
• Handling the company‘s internal communications such as internal announcements and events.
• Developing annual manpower plan.
• Conducting interviews and issuing job offers to accepted candidates.
• Submitting the HR monthly report and updating the organizational charts
• Conduct meeting with the business units.
