Job Description
Comply with organizational guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
.
Ensure all accounting transactions are processed accurately and passed for posting within the agreed time schedules.
.
Record all accounting transactions on a daily basis.
.
Maintain financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
.
Ensure vouchers carry proper supporting documents and approvals.
.
Resolve accounts payable and receivable issues and follow up on payments and collection.
.
Prepare the bank reconciliations monthly.
