Urgently seeking Health Care Assistant in EN3 6WL Weekdays 10.00/ hour and weekend 10.25/ hour and wages paid weekly As a Health Care Assistant you will be assisting individuals with Complex needs in their homes. Your role is to:

• Support people like 42 years old, who has Learning Disability, Unstable Personality Disorder.
  

• He requires 24 hrs continues monitoring by the staff
  

• It is essential to have evidence of professional competencies and have the ability to apply your knowledge and skills to clinical practice.
  

• Prompting and/or supporting personal care We can offer permanent, temporary, full time or part-time positions, and we try to accommodate the hours you require. We also welcome weekend-only workers. Due to the nature of this service, we can only consider applicants over the age of 21 (exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9), however, we will review your application for other services in the area. We have strong expertise in supporting people with particularly complex needs, including autism spectrum conditions, behaviours which may challenge, mental health conditions, profound and multiple learning disabilities and associated complex health needs.
