Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to support a Federal Agency and to manage a System Independent Verification and Validation testing project on all existing agencys IT Systems and Applications across the agencys enterprise.

Location: Mt. Weather, VA 20135; Washington, DC 20472; Winchester, VA 22603, and possible remote options

Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Provide Program Management initiatives ensuring that the SELC process is adhered to in collaboration with the Program Office and the OCIO Assurance division.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize the benefit of technology and leverage methodologies that have a proven track-record of success.
Support Agile Development, DevSecOps, and other methodologies including, but not limited to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline development methodologies.
Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule, project charters requirements development and documentation, and project specific documentation such as (ex: Quad charts, relaying project status).
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience in planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Agency experience (ideally supporting OCTO-ENG)
PM experience leading teams of 20-30 FTEs
Experience leading multiple Agile/ DevSecOps teams (ideally testing-focused)
