Job Description

Reports to

The candidate reports to Turkey Commercial Operations Director


Main responsibilities
  • He/she will manage a team responsible for the following main activities;
  • Responsible to deliver commercial and P&L targets, has end-to-end P&L responsibility
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic plan to achieve business objectives, drive sales, revenue and profit and champion customer experience,
  • Leading and influencing the implementation and achievement of the current and future strategic and operational plans in line with the approved plan,
  • Oversee all sales, marketing and customer operations and related business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission,
  • End to end accountability for customer sales and operations and services,
  • Leading the current inbound / outbound telesales channel, growing current channels, creating new channels.
  • Responsible for understanding of customer s business needs, identifying customer opportunities, in order to develop viable plans for current and targeted customers,
  • Provides strategic and people leadership of the functions and guides the growth ambitions and delivers company goals and targets aligned with Team.blue local and global functions,
  • Leverage industry information, competitive analysis, customer and campaign analytics to contribute product, pricing, and promotion decisions and actions,
  • Take active role for defining the need pf new products/ improvement of current products and deliver all the related initiatives in conjunction with the relevant Product Management/IT/Tech Boards,
  • Lead and work collaboratively with Sales, IT and Customer Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services,
  • Establish standards for marketing and advertising with a data driven approach,
  • Analyze customer experience and satisfaction, make recommendations to improve customer service and retention and assure proper execution,
  • Effective business partnerships with key stakeholders both internally (Team.blue and Natro counterparts, colleagues) and externally (All domain, tech vendors,..etc),
  • Communicate and report effectively to the relevant governance parties (Team.blue, Natro Boards),
  • Make sure company is compliant with legal guidelines, local regulations and in-house policies, by working closely with Team.blue, Natro, and other related parties, consultants, legal offices.


Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree preferably in the field of engineering or business,
  • 15+ years relevant experience in relevant functions (sales/marketing/generalmanagement),
  • Experience in a service-focused technology business which is driven by quality and customer service,
  • Experience in sales / channel management of tech products/ services, especially on telesales is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully building teams, growing sales and achieving company goals,
  • Experience in e-commerce, subscription based technology services with proven growth record,
  • Fluency on English (both writing & speaking) is a must.
