Electrician

Looking for an electrician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain the integrity of the existing electrical structure. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of advanced electrical work in the installation, repair, and maintenance of the yard. You will take the lead in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the electrical systems. Due to the high risk of danger, qualified candidates must possess excellent attention to detail and know OSHA safety regulations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain complex electrical systems
  

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for all electrical systems
  

• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise the work of others
  

• Ability to prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
  

• Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables
  

• Ability to perform work with minimal margin of error and work independently with little or no supervision.
  

• Perform troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial and/or commercial setting
  

• Ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.)
  

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  

• Able to stand, reach, bend and stoop for prolonged periods of time, have adequate balance and ability to climb ladders.
  

• Associates degree or technical school certification in industrial instrumentation and electrical skills preferred
