Job Description
- Handling the recruitment and selection process including sourcing, interviewing, job advertising and liaising with recruitment agencies overseas in order to cover all required vacancies
- Finding and maintaining good relationship with local and overseas manpower suppliers
- Negotiating the salary with the selected candidates as per the company salary structure & extend the offers to successful Candidates.
- Dealing with government and private recruitment agencies i.e. (HRDF, TAMHEER)
- Designing and maintaining the Recruitment Database and ensure that all applicant are entered into the database
