Skills required:
- Resource have previously worked in a Support role and has basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management operations and functional knowledge of the supporting Oracle Fusion modules.
- Resource needs to know middleware (Oracle Integration cloud) database, - SQL knowledge, should be able to make queries and correct the errors
- Support integration (appx 50 interfaces) with Oracle ERP (Inventory, Procurement, Order management) and Oracle WMS (Logfire).
- Oracle LogFire (Oracle WMS) is a nice-to-have, customer will help support this area and train him/her as necessary.
- Self-starter and should be able to communicate with the business users.
