- Ability to assess business strategy, operating model structures, procedures, processes etc. to align the development of effective Organisational transformation programmes
- Develop and manage Human Capital/People transformation programmes with a focus on culture change, ways of working and change management
- Engage and collaborate with Executive and Senior clients to drive understanding and alignment
- Develop and manage culture transformation programmes/projects
- Design strategic change management approach
- Design and conduct change impact assessment
- Prepare and manage change management plan
- Develop programs to align leaders and cascade the strategy to all management levels within an organisation
- Develop talent programs to target the development and retention of key skills to support the achievement of the strategy, the development of new organisational capabilities and shift in the operating model
- Design and oversee the implementation of new ways of working approach and initiatives to drive future of work aspirations
- Lead and manage medium to large project teams
- Coach and Mentor MAC Consultants
- Research and design new service offerings in area of expertise
- Manage senior / executive stakeholders
- Facilitate high impact alignment and engagement and sessions
- Design and implement organizational/functional target operating models
- Develop and oversee the implementation of organizational design and job architecture projects/programs
Requirements
- 5-10 years Management Consulting Experience (with consulting firm)
- 5 years Organisational Development Experience
- Experience and knowledge strategic human capital capabilities and processes
- Experience designing and implementing small to medium organizational transformation programmes/projects
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong facilitation skills and experience with a range and level of stakeholders
- Excellent active listening skills
- Previous experience engaging and building relationships with Executive and Senior level clients
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
