Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Billing, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and financial analysis for selected clients operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty satisfactorily. These are the most significant job duties performed; other responsibilities or assignments not specifically
mentioned may also be assigned
35% Serve as liaison between Operations and Finance
Attend meetings to keep abreast of upcoming changes to business
Respond to Operations questions and requests for financial data
Coordinate the setup of new accounting units, project codes, work centers, etc., as needed for billing and
proper cost accounting
20% Ensure customers are invoiced timely and accurately
Oversee and/or create invoices for customers
Follow procedures for invoice creation, review, approval, and distribution
Work with ops team and customer closely on the AR collection
Keep records of contracts, amendments, work orders, etc., and their impact on billing requirements (e.g.,
annual inflation adjustments)
15% Ensure the satisfactory preparation and distribution of internal and customer-facing reports
15% Modify reports and queries in response to contract amendments, work orders, system changes, customer
requests, etc.
15% Perform financial planning and analysis activities, including:
Budgeting
Forecasting
What-if analysis
Variance analysis
Monthly financial reporting

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others
Incumbents with more experience may be called upon to mentor, train, and guide newer/less experience team members

DECISION-MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Job has no decision-making responsibilities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or closely related field
Minimum Required Experience: 3-4 years experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a large, multi-component
company and in preparing and auditing complex financial reports and statistics. Will accept any suitable combination of
education, experience or training
Minimum Language Requirement: Ability to speak and read Mandarin Chinese and English fluently
Desirable Experience: Knowledge of Logistics industry and third party logistics providers
Desirable Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance

Technical Competencies
o Basic Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Familiarity with basic accounting principles required
Familiarity with supply chain/logistics operations management concepts a plus
Prior experience with FP&A duties or functions a plus
Highly analytical and detail oriented
Ability to meet tight deadlines and coordinate prioritization of workload
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of enterprise financial systems (e.g. Oracle, SQL)
o Other Technical / Computer Skills -
Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position/business unit
