PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
|
The purpose of the role is to provide solutions to the customer by evaluating their financial needs, nurturing client relationship and meeting revenue targets. To lead the branch sales team and ensure excellence in the operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
|
Responsible for identifying potential customers.
|
Handling branch team
|
Keeping the customers updated about the prevailing and upcoming ideas and various dynamic parameters of their portfolios by maintaining relationship with them.
|
Team management, competitor and market analysis, planning for targeting potential markets.
|
Establishing support networks, streamlining workflow to enhance profitability.
|
Manage and conduct various relationship building exercises.
|
Discuss with various customers about insurance and investment plans.
|
Creating new clients for achieving revenue targets.
|
Organizing corporate meeting for product presentation
|
Preparing and maintaining sales call reports and all relevant MIS reports.
|
To deliver the desired revenue target of the branch.
|
To reduce costs and expenses in a planned manner.
