- Continuously research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the CRM production life cycle
- Create new and enhance existing components on the SALES FORCE platform using deluge scripts, ZML, Custom Widget Development in React.JS/Java, API
- Connect external data sources via APIs with various SALES FORCE products.
- Integration of SALES FORCE Creator with other apps through APIs, creating custom SALES FORCE apps to automate processes.
- Build extensions/widgets for the CRM platform using HTML, CSS JavaScript
- Produce clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant components with an eye towards performance optimization
- Embrace emerging CRM standards while promoting best practices
- Comfortable troubleshooting critical production issues
- Integrating designs, flows, and processes
- Pay attention to the software development process practiced by the team and help improve it, so we deliver products on time with quality following an agile approach
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by learning, applying, and educating team on software best practices.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma/ bachelor s degree.
Major in business/marketing/engineering preferred
Minimum Experience:
2+ years experience in maintaining, customizing, and developing the SALES FORCE CRM platform
Job-Specific Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of solar industry desirable
Well versed with Excel
Comfortable working in Australian shift (5AM TO 2PM, work location- Noida, U.P.)
Technical Competencies
Solid experience with SALES FORCE CRM platforms in configuration, customization, administration, and reporting.
Solid experience in SALES FORCE Creator, Integration of SALES FORCE Creator with other apps through APIs, creating custom SALES FORCE apps to automate processes.
Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, jquery and Java script.
Experience in deluge scripts, ZML, Custom Widget Development in React.JS/Java, API
