- The Lead Business Analyst s will be responsible to design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
- This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
- The Lead Business Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
- This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
- Maintain the requirement traceability matrices and follow up with IT on closure of any open points.
- Coordinate with developers and QA team to clarify business requirements and participate in stand-up meetings on a daily basis.
- Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with stakeholders, applying knowledge and experience and providing technical perspective and support.
- Present demonstrations of the solution to the customer under development and during UAT to ensure sign-offs are met.
- Responsible for communicating the solution with customers business and IT personnel.
- Ensure that the customer understands the solution and receives responses to all open questions and action items.
Requirements
- Should have worked with international customers before.
- Should have prior working experience with tools like Asana / Trello / JIRA / Zoho Sprints etc.
- Should be familiar with documenting requirements in form of user stories
- Should have good understanding of Agile SDLC and have practical experience of Scrum or Kanban
- Should know the BA practice and have worked on 10-15 projects complete lifecycle also taking care of all the BAs
- Should have understand of project lifecycle
- Should know how to understand the BA bandwidth and assign projects to BAs based on their experience and expertise.
- Should analyses BAs strengths and weaknesses and provide courses and certifications
- Certifications like CCBA / CBAP or PMI-PBA will be advantageous (non- mandatory) for the candidate.

Proficient knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. Strong experience into converting PSD / Adobe XD / Figma links to HTML. Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologies. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI. Familiarity with building Progressive Web Applications (PWA) and Google s Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) will be a plus Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
