Project Manager/Scrum Master

• Candidate with good project coordinator management experience, communication skills, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience with Zoho Sprints, Jira and other project management tools.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Can manage the project delivery of our clients.
  
• You must be able to adapt the model of the project delivery depending on the client needs ( Waterfall project delivery or acting as Scrum Master for the Project).
  
• You must be comfortable with working in situations where there may be a variety of ways of working across the various teams.
  
• As a PM, your responsibilities may include leading a single project or working as part of a larger team, led by somebody else.
  
• Being Scrum Master for software development cross-functional teams involving front-end, back-end engineers, designers.
  
• Working with Product, Design, Engineering and various stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate development efforts to deliver on schedule.
  
• Coaching, facilitating and maintaining consistent and beneficial Agile process methodologies for the teams, driving process and transparency
  
• Communicating with the business around teams velocity and projects health not just for your own teams but supporting the PMO in reporting on all teams status.
  
• Preparing and managing project plans, documentation, risk mitigation and resource management as needed for cross-team initiatives and large projects/programs.
  
• Being available as necessary to troubleshoot urgent issues and remove impediments for the team.
  
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  
• Reporting out of JIRA, Azure, DevOps for various sprint burndown or release burndown charts and prepared executive report out of JIRA, Azure, DevOps reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor or masters degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent experience..
  
• Minimum 4 + years of experience of managing complex IT programs, projects & support processes.
  
• Strong interpersonal, team building, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
  
• Ability to work independently or with teams, highly motivated to achieve results.
  
• Work with geographically dispersed organizations in a multi-cultural environment.
  
• Ability to multi-task and to take on new and unfamiliar assignments.
