Responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with our point of contact at the brands, as well as existing and potential agencies, consultants, freelancers, and subject matter experts. Investigate and determine our brands wants and needs. Assist with analyzing the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Recommend, design, and implement digital projects to increase their ROI. Set up a list of KPIs and track them, and prepare and present reports on their progress. Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology. Requirements: The ideal candidate would either hold a fundamental understanding of most or all of the below areas of Digital Marketing & eCommerce: Digital Marketing: Paid Advertising via Google Ads & Facebook Ads Email Marketing Social Media Marketing Digital Marketing Analytics Ecommerce: Website Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation Search Engine Optimisation Website UI/UX Design and Adobe Creative Cloud eCommerce Platforms like Shopify Website Design & Development: Figma, XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud HTML CSS JavaScript No-code tools like Webflow, Zapier, etc. As you will be working closely with experts in these fields, it is important for you to be able to speak their language and fill any gaps that may arise between different functions.
