Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details;
Scanning of all Education Certificates onto PRO Database
Organise for passports and/or labour cards to be given to staff if required in PROs absence;
Tracking of entry dates of new starters for visa purposes;
Assisting employes and managers with day to day PRO queries;
Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRO;
Visiting various external departments e.g. Embassies, Traffic, Etisalat, Banks;
Preparing and maintaining individual hardcopy HR records
Ensuring Company compliance with labour laws
Ad hoc duties as required by both PRO & HR
Liason with PRO & HR with regards to:
new starters - documents required to process employment &/or visit visas
leavers - documents required to cancel/transfer visas
weekly report to HR team on progress of visa status of new starters
Requirements:
Qualified candidate should have at least 5 years relevant experience;
Presently residing in UAE;
Good Arabic and English communication skills and
Must have a valid driving license in Oman.
University degree in Business, English, Law, Human Resources or Similar;
Excellent English (oral and written), preferably English as a first-language;
Strong command of English Grammar;
Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
