Job Description
- A typical Zend framework developer job description includes the following requirements:
- Good understanding of SQL and related databases, with a preference for those who have worked with MySQL.
- Excellent understanding of PHP
- Building or managing a content management system (CMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of MVC frameworks.
- Thorough knowledge of database architecture and administration.

5+ years of overall IT experience
Minimum 4 years of development experience in PHP and strong knowledge in PHP 5+ concepts and programming
- Strong hands-on experience in application optimization, third-party integrations, etc. with PHP
- Strong experience in web technologies like MySQL and strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Zend, Symphony or Laravel.
- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions. Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands-on with Linux Ubuntu, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence
- Understanding of MVC design patterns and framework
- Should have worked in eCommerce projects in PHP and have in-depth knowledge on the eCommerce domain
