The main focus will be related to property disputes, but in time there could be opportunities to work on commercial litigation cases, contract disputes, partnership disputes, defamation, insolvency and debt recovery.

With a number of highly renowned partners, the firm is in demand and there is an opportunity for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to develop a great career away from the high pressures of Bigger City Law firms.

While primarily focusing on property disputes, for the right candidate there will be the opportunity to work on commercial litigation cases too, such as commercial and contract disputes, partnership disputes, defamation, insolvency and debt recovery.

Requirements

Property Litigation is a key part of this job

This will cover

• Landlord and Tenant disputes
  
• Section 8 and Section 21 eviction notices
  
• Reovery of debts including outstanding rental income
  
• Possession Claims residential and commercial property
  
• Recovery of outstanding service charges
  
• Inventory reviews and disputes over the condition of the property
  
• Breach of Covenant
  
• Claims for disrepair
  
• Clients includecorporate occupiers, commercial landlords, investors and developers, and residential clients from the UK and overseas.
