Job Description
On behalf of a high growth phase Aircraft Leasing firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Finance Manager.
Working alongside the VP Finance, the Finance Manager will be involved in a wide range special projects, along with BAU financial reporting.
The role will involve:
- Key financial point of contact internally and externally for all entities associated with the Irish platform. This role has extensive interaction across all functions of the lessor including Board, Investment Committee and C Suite interaction.
- Represent the Finance function on Deal Teams and commercial transactions involving Irish based aircrafts.
- Prepare internal reporting pack and provide financial analysis on business performance when required.
- Managing monthly/quarterly reporting requirements for assigned entities in accordance with the Company and Parent reporting standards and deadlines and liaising with external service provider in this respect.
- Assist with ongoing process improvements and system implementation projects.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) with 2+ years PQE.
- A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in an aircraft leasing focused environment (either in an industry or Big 4 practice environment) is a prerequisite for this role.
- Strong experience reviewing/ auditing or preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS (essential).
- Strong technical expert with significant industry transaction experience.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office combined with general proficiency in IT systems.

Initially, this is a 9 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension/ permanency thereafter.
