- Manage the hotel sales plans by recommending growth efforts, monitor progress and ensure the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace
- In charge of developing a revenue management strategy to maximize profitability for everyday sales in areas such as rooms, dining, catering and events
- Responsible for working closely with the Senior Management Team to drive business needs and expand existing business through promotional efforts and sales channels
- Work to develop the sales group and groom a high performing sales team
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With relevant Sales Director experience from a Hospitality industry
- Was able to handle strategic planning projects related to hospitality and luxury services and guest experience that are income generating
- Flexible, can handle pressure, organized and multi-tasker
- Can direct and manage the development of the Companys business plans
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
