Visa service officer

1. Processing of visa applications.
2. Follow administrative and legal procedures and apply legislation in meeting clients and making decisions regarding temporary visa applications.
3. Prepare correspondence including emails, letters, records and reports of high quality resolutions.
4. Providing high quality advice and services to clients in a culturally diverse environment.
5- Provide advice and support to local staff regarding complex cases and help manage workflow.
6. Undertake other duties or projects as operational requirements require.
7. Duties may also include managing the visa application center contract and providing support
8. Follow up on all new applications and appointments for embassies
